The Procez

The science behind The Process is rooted in neuroplasticity — the brain’s proven ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Every movement you make is controlled by the brain, which simultaneously coordinates all 650 muscles in your body to produce precise, functional motion. When injury or dysfunction disrupts those patterns, the brain doesn’t forget them — it simply needs the right input to restore them. The Process delivers that input through 24 isometric poses that work with the brain’s natural activation system rather than against it. Unlike conventional rehab that targets isolated muscles based on a clinician’s assessment, The Process lets the brain identify exactly which muscles need activation, at what intensity, and in what order — restoring normal movement patterns from the inside out.
